Playhouse - The Maverick

The Ultimate in Play Value for Backyard Fun!  This Maverick Tri-Level has everything! This play scape designed by Backyard Fun Factory will give hours of fun for the whole family.  Mom, Dad, and Grandparents can have fun playing with the children too!  “Fun is our Middle Name.”  The Maverick 6’L has a taller swing beam so the children can swing higher and there is more head room in the Lower Cabin.  Children can race up the Boardwalk into the 5’ Half Shack, then step up into the Maverick 5’x5’ play area with a 4’x5’ Upper Fun Deck . From there, they have 3 options.  1) While on deck, they can look around the yard to spot other ships or the enemy approaching through their telescope or binoculars, or they can steer the Ship’s Wheel to wherever their imaginations will take them.  2)  Go down Swift the Rave Slide w/block (which makes it very fast) or 3) Step up again into the 7’ Lookout Shack 5’x5’ with Upper Cabin and Door and Slide down the Giant Spiral Slide!  Then, rush over to the 4 Position Cantilever Swing Beam and try out the Air Pogo, Glider and Swings.  By then, they probably ready for a snack or drink.  Go into the Lower Cabin and get a refreshing drink and snack to cool down while sitting at the Lemonade Counter.  After an exhausting afternoon of play, they can check messages put in the mailbox or leave messages for others.  Lower Floor Kits were added to the Half Shack and under the Fun Deck and a Lower Wall to the Half Shack. “Fun is Our Middle Name!”

Imaginations run wild on one of our most popular units,  the Maverick Bi-Level  with Upper Fun Deck 6’L and  Half Shack 5’L.  There is enough activity to interest both younger and older children. The Maverick 6’L has a taller swing beam so the children can swing higher and there is more head room in the Lower Cabin.  Children can race up the Boardwalk into the 5’ Half Shack, then step up into the Maverick 5’x5’ play area with a 4’x5’ Upper Fun Deck . This one is much like the one above but without the 3^rd Level (Lookout Shack Upper Cabin, the Spiral Tube Slide) and no Floor Kit under the Fun Deck.  A Third level could be added later or you could add a Spiral Tube Slide on the back of this one.  “Fun is Our Middle Name!”

“Can I take your order?”  “I’ll have a PB&J sandwich with a glass of lemonade.”  The Lower Cabin with Door and Lower Porch with Lemonade Counter is a great addition to Backyard Fun Factory’s Maverick on the 6’ Level with Half Shack on 5’ Level.  A beautiful quality redwood play system for your backyard is great for “burning” the abundant energy for active boys and girls.  The 4 Position Cantilever Swing Beam has a wonderful “bouncy” Air Pogo, a “Push Me Pull You” Glider, and 2 Belt Swings to see who can swing the highest!  There enough play area in the fort for visiting, playing or even a “sleep over.”  Children can scramble up the 5’ Deck Ladder with Hand Rails into the Half Shack, stop long enough to Steer the Ship’s Wheel a while, then enter the Upper Level fort from the side for a “Top of the Mountain” experience! Then, swoop down the Swift Rave Slide with Block for the ultimate thrill. “Fun is our Middle Name!”

“Snacks are ready, come and get it!”  “ OK, just a minute, we’re having too much fun right now!”  Imaginations soar as the Children enter the fort from the back by a 6’ Deck Ladder with Hand Rails. The Maverick on 6’ Level has a 5’x5’ play area.  They feel like they are “King of the Hill” as they look around the backyard and turn the Ship’s Wheel to sail off to anywhere their imaginations will take them.   Then, they swoop down “Thrill Hill” on the wonderful Swift Rave Slide w/block (Strong enough for Adults) “Hey, that was fun, let’s do it again!”  “Oh my, we forgot the swings!” The Maverick 6’L has a taller swing beam so the children can swing higher and there is more head room in the Lower Cabin.  This Maverick has a  4 Position Cantilever Swing Beam with the wonderful “bouncy” Air Pogo, an Infant Swing for “the little one,” they can work together (or solo) on the “Push Me Pull You Glider, and a Belt Swing to “see how high they can go!”  By then, they probably ready for a snack or drink.  Go into the Lower Cabin and get an actual refreshing drink and snack to cool down while sitting at the Lemonade Counter or pretend to order and eat imaginary food from a café or Country Store. The Cabin is also great for “Sleepovers.” Lots of play value, but less expensive than the Bi-Level or Tri-Level. “Fun is Our Middle Name!”

One of the most beautiful additions to a Play System is the Lower Level Conversion!  (A 5’x5’ Floor with Wall Slats around the Floor).  A Wooden Hammock* (*See Accessory Page) for relaxation inside makes this Lower Level Conversion a wonderful retreat.  A Mail Box is perched on the Front for leaving messages or sending messages to the family. What Fun!  Since the Maverick on 6’ Level has a swing beam that is higher than the Fun Shack, the children can swing much higher.  This Maverick has 2 Belt Swings and an Infant Swing with an Air Pogo, but you can choose from many different accessories to make them fit the ages of the children in your family. The Maverick 6’ Level has a 5’x5’ Play Area on top that makes children feel like they are on “top of the Mountain”  or at the helm of a big ship. There are binoculars for viewing wherever their imaginations take them and a Ship’s Wheel for steering the ship.   One of the most fun slides for older children is the Swift Rave Slide with a Block.  It’s like going down “Thrill Hill!”  Older children enjoy this slide best and younger children will be able to navigate this soon, (after parents work with them for a while).  The Giant Spiral Slide could be added to this play system that is a little more comfortable, at first, for smaller children (on the Maverick, there is room for both).    The Maverick pictured has the 4 Position Cantilever Swing Beam, but if space is a problem, you can choose to have a 2 Position or 3 Position Swing Beam. “Fun is Our Middle Name!”

This Bi-Level Swing Set has Personality!  Backyard Fun Factory’s Quality Redwood Play Systems are a beautiful addition to your backyard landscape. This Maverick on 6’ Level has been adapted to accommodate smaller children by adding a Half Shack with a 5’ Deck Ladder with Hand Rails and Older Children can climb on the challenging 6’ Rock Wall into the mouth of the Upper Cabin that has crooked windows that look like laughing eyes! Step down into the Half Shack and swoop down the gentler, but fun, Rave Slide without the block.  “Let’s do it again!  What Fun!   Younger children can enter the Half Shack by climbing the 5’ Ladder on the back and enter the Upper Cabin from the side.  However, you’ll be surprised how soon they will learn to “scale” the Rock Wall. Children of all ages love to climb!   A Giant Spiral Slide Tops the activities of Fun!  There is also a built-in Picnic Table under the Cabin for snacks, games, just visiting, or a shade and place for parents to sit to watch children as they play.
